As we clear our lineage’s unprocessed pain, fear, limiting beliefs from our bodies, we cultivate a clear pathway for the gifts to flow through.

Samhain is one of the cross quarter days, marking the transition into winter, a time when we turn inwards. Samhain marks a moment when the veil is thin and we can connect with our ancestors and wisdom beyond the physical world. Samhain is also associated with the cailleach, which is an Irish word for wise woman; she’s sometimes known as the Queen of Winter. We will connect with the cailleach to tap into the power and wisdom of nature, reclaiming our sovereignty on earth.
The structure: We will have a fully female space. We will start by dropping into our bodies, tuning inwards and then connecting with other women in the group for a chance to share and be heard and witnessed with whatever is present for us before a group breathwork practice. The group amplifies our individual intentions; we all uplift and support one another. It’s a powerful moment to speak our voice into the space and tune inwards with clear intentions to breathe life into them.
