Meet Brighid
healer. spiritual guide. storyteller. creative.
I had everything I wanted - the house, the job, the partner. And I didn’t feel fully alive, like I was living someone else’s life.
I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I was sure of one thing: not this.
The moment I decided I wanted more, that’s when things started to change within me. I left the relationship that wasn’t really serving me, spontaneously quit my job and booked a one way abroad. I landed in a small town in Guatemala and met a Mayan healer who worked with me for months and this meeting set me on a completely new path. now it’s been years of living in response to the intuitive calls of sacred lands: India, Nepal, Ireland, Mexico have all become homes for me. I have spent months in ashrams, monasteries, as well as local family homes in small remote villages studying with renowned spiritual teachers and healers. Each land teaches me, humbles me, and transform me in unique ways.
It took everything in me to bet on myself. To take the leap.
To let everyone else down and pay the perceived social cost of letting go of "normal" to carve an unknown path that hasn’t been walked before and is uniquely my own. And I can’t tell you it’s a happy ending or it's all easy. There’s no guarantee of safety comfort certainty predictability.
What I can tell you is I’m fully alive. I feel at home within myself. And I wouldn’t trade that way of being for anything.
What my years of traveling and living around the world continues to remind me is that the most important journey we take is the one from our head to our heart, from our mind to our body and shifting our lens from our conditioning to our truth. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for when I set out traveling, but what I have found is a deeper connection to myself - my truth, my purpose for being here and I wish for all beings to experience this fulfillment within themselves.

Why Brighid?
You’re here to live a life that is truly yours, not the one that is expected of you.
The one where you wake up feeling at ease with yourself, excited about what you’re doing, and express yourself so fully that others are inspired by your presence alone.
You’re here to embody your full radiance and expression, to magnetize all of your truest deepest desires in service to the whole.
Your path will ask you to show up bold, audacious, to do the unexpected and maybe even catch some side eyes from the onlookers who are scared to admit they have a dream that big. Your dream can be being the best mom to your kids, starting that podcast you've been thinking about, or maybe you don't even know what the outcome is but you know you want to feel more vibrant, more at peace with yourself. And you're ready to embrace the version of you that is more true, more bold, more brave with a willingness to see where that takes you.
There’s a courage it takes to really embrace the empty space that comes when we let go of the familiar. But navigating the unknown doesn’t have to be so scary. There are guides for navigating this space and practices that bring us back to center. And we don't have to do it alone.
You can feel at home with yourself regardless of what’s happening externally. To trust yourself to navigate the unknown that comes with carving your own path.
Along the way, sometimes we feel stagnant and need a spark, or too narrow-sighted and need an illuminator of our blind spots, an anchor to help ground the electric force of creative energy surging through, a mirror to see the truth of ourselves when the external is getting us down.
I’m here to server as a witness to your journey a co-collaborator on your creative act in this world. My intention is to be fully present to you and take the shape of whatever your journey is asking for in the moment.
Your fullest potential, your wildest life, it’s possible for you. Everything that you need is within you waiting to be uncovered.
You’re worth the effort. And you don’t have to do it alone.
