Winter Solstice Breathwork Journey
Winter Solstice is a day to celebrate the return of the sun, when the days begin to grow longer. The solstice is a day of equal light and dark, a moment to reset and bring awareness to our inner world amidst outer changes. It’s a time of reflection, rebirth, & renewal. When we pause to acknowledge the shifts in the natural world and our own internal cycles we come into balance, into our natural state which is loving abundant and wise.
We will have set intentions and breathe life into them. For the breathwork, we engage in a rhythmic breathing pattern to deeply relax and drop from the mind to the body where we deeply relax to feel, release stagnant energy and heal. You can learn more about breathwork here.
